Homeowner's Insurance in the BVI
Covers replacement costs for damages caused by fire, wind, hurricane or other disaster that might affect the value of the property. Typically, the insurance also includes personal liability and theft coverage. This type of insurance is available in the BVI and the cost is usually about $1,000 per $100,000.

Flood or Quake Insurance

Title Insurance
This Insurance is not available in the British Virgin Islands.  However, we have excellent titles and your attorney will do the title inspection prior to allowing you to sign the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
